INGREDIENTS

Sweet and sour sauce
1 tablespoon agave syrup
½ plum tomato blend
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon spelt flour mixed in ¼ cup water
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lime
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Fried mushroom

 

METHOD

1Heat agave syrup for about 3 minutes
2 Add blend tomato, mustard powder, salt, cayenne pepper and onion powder cook for 3 minutes on low heat
3 Add mix flour and cook for 5 minutes
4 Add lime juice and simmer for a next 2 minutes
5 Pour sweet and sour sauce over fried mushroom
