You are what you eat! In order to maintain a proper health first and foremost one must maintain a healthy diet! However, in todays “western” society knowing what foods to eat may be difficult! Lucky for us a man known by Dr. Sebi gave us a list of foods that would be healthy based on the bodies PH level. Today many so called black people face diseases that are directly linked to western diet! What is the Western diet? The Western pattern diet or standard American diet (SAD) is a modern dietary pattern that is generally characterized by high intakes of red and processed meat, butter, fried foods, high-fat dairy products, eggs, refined grains, potatoes, and high-sugar drinks. By contrast, a healthy diet has higher proportions of fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole-grain foods, poultry, and fish.
The western diet has been linked to Chrohn’s disease and inflammatory bowel disease, obesity diabetes, cancer and heart disease!
Dr. Sebi has encouraged a plant-based diet alkaline diet. I have comprised a list of foods that he has recommended plus other research that I have been gathering on healthy eating. Please download for free my extensive list of foods to eat and some things to avoid.
