1½ cup spelt flour sieved
½ cup finely chopped walnuts
1 ripe banana sliced
2 tablespoon agave syrup
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1¼ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon olive oil


1 Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda walnuts, and salt in a bowl
2 Pour in liquids. Stir just a little (over mixing will harden pancakes)
3 Heat a non stick frying pan
4 Drop large spoonful of batter onto frying pan for each pancake
5 Cook until browned on the other side
6 Serve with banana and agave
